How long will it take me to find a roommate?
-
Since so much depends on personalities and two parties must agree to
become roommates, some clients take longer to find roommates than others.
Most people who use the service properly should find a roommate within a few weeks. Make sure to call all your leads and return phone calls. Taking the time to interview prospective roommates is also essential.
What happens if I can't find a roommate?
-
Our commitment to you is that we will provide as many qualified names as we can if you stay in touch with us and respond to inquiries from other clients.
The responsibility for the selection of a roommate is yours. But, if you use our service as instructed and still haven't found a roommate at the end of the term of your membership, we will give you a full refund.
What type of people use your service?
-
Our service is available to the general public, and we do not discriminate on
the basis of race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. The majority of our clients are responsible professionals in their 20's and 30's, along with some others in their 40's and 50's. Occupations vary from attorneys to actors, administrators to salespeople, students to managers, executives to self-employed businessmen, and teachers to doctors.
How can I avoid the roommate from hell?
-
Any client found not using the service in good faith is removed from the service immediately. Our profiles include pictures and personal data designed to supply you with general information on our clients. If you use this information in conjunction with your own interviewing skills and possible reference and/or credit checks you should be able to keep the possibility of any undesirable situations to a minimum.
How can I increase my chances of quickly finding a great roommate?

Finding a roommate depends a lot on you. You are competing with
others who are searching for that perfect roommate situation. Chances of your success can hinge on several factors:
- Taking the initiative to call people
- Being persistent
